Giggles - and a pink Pig!

I never knew what kind of giggles a knit pink pig could get until today. It was a delight to spend the afternoon with Miss Julia and her parents. We made use of both studio and outdoor locations for their session. Once outside we just couldn't find piggy anymore and realized that he must have stayed back to watch over the studio. What a hard working piggy!

Colors at the conservatory!

Hailey and Jake lit up the conservatory with their big beautiful eyes and smiles - It is so fun to shoot there with all the colorful mums still blooming.

Time for some family R & R - See you in a few days.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Just a little rain - but family sessions go on!

A whole lot of rain this weekend didn't stop this family from having a good time. We were able to take their session indoors at the conservatory in Lincoln Park. Lucky for us we were able to do that --- the garden wedding that was outside had to make their I DOs under multiple umbrellas.

PS Fall portrait session dates are booking quickly. Now is the time to reserve your spot.

Family time!

What a beautiful morning! I was happy to spend my Sunday AM with this wonderful family. Even though the triathlon was going on around us - we were fortunate enough to have this part of the park practically to ourselves. These little ones were just amazing.

I LOVE MY JOB!

I first met this family in winter of 2006. It has been wonderful watching this family grow -

Shannon, Ryan, and their Mom showed me the cool little “Dinosaur Park.”
As a mom of 4 boys myself, I remember the days of playing at the parks - The opportunity to explore and and find/do new things. What a treat-
Thanks for sharing you afternoon with me!

PS The song from the montage is LIVE FOR NOW by Chicago Artist, Daphne Willis - enjoy!
